Online Registration

Online registration for the APS-DAMOP 2010 Meeting is available to APS and DAMOP members and non-members.  If you register online you will receive an automatic email confirmation receipt.

Fax or Mail Registration

If you wish to register by fax or mail, download and complete the DAMOP Meeting Registration Form. Mail the form with your credit card information or a check, or fax the form with your credit card details.

International Visitor Registration

Members of APS Reciprocal Societies
Members of APS Reciprocal Societies should not register online. Instead, complete the DAMOP Registration Form. 

Mail the form with your credit card details or a check, or fax the form with your credit card information. If you are joining APS at the time of registering, you must also complete the APS  Membership Application Form. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.
