Registration Discounts

By joining APS today, you can take part in low meeting fees and additional member benefits. All registration forms and membership forms must arrive together and be accompanied by full payment.

Students

  • Student non-members must pay non-member rates, unless joining APS at the same time you are registering for the Meeting.
     
  • Graduate students in physics may qualify for a one-year free APS membership. Please contact the APS Membership Department, by phone 301-209-3280 or email APS Membership.
     
  • Graduate Student Symposium May 25 (see DAMOP website for details) registration is $50. Registration must be received before April 30. There is no onsite registration.

Banquet Tickets

One ticket for the Banquet Friday, May 28, is included with each registration fee. Purchase additional tickets ($50) for accompanying guests. Seating at the banquet is limited.

Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing. Written cancellations must be received at APS by May 21, 2010. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for canceling. Email cancellation requests and cancellation questions to the APS Registrar.
